How do I return an item?

Parts manufactured by HPP carry a six (6) month warranty against material defects and workmanship. Items manufactured by 3rd party companies that are re-sold by HPP carry the original manufacturer’s warranty. If you need to return a defective item, please mail the item back to us to the attention of “RETURNS”. Make sure to enclose your contact information as well as a copy of your original invoice. All warranty items will be shipped back to you via UPS ground. Warranty items will be exchanged for the exact same replacement. Credits are issued only on new / unused merchandise in the original packaging and a 25% restocking fee may be applied to returns.
